Custom Fields/Labels that are added to Fieldworker from MIS to be part of the Active Customer Report
Any custom fields/labels that are added to an agency account, to be a part of the Active Customer Report as well. Currently, the report only displays the default fields, even if new custom fields are added

Capability to add members to sessions while scheduling a session
A user should be able to assign members/clients to a session while scheduling a session.

Capture details(Timestamp) of the most recent DDD sync run for a company. This would be beneficial to support staff as well as users on the system.

Employee Designation to be able to schedule a session
Currently we do not allow control over the capability for a new user designation to schedule sessions for other users If provided with the schedule session permission, the user is only able to schedule sessions for themselves. The request is that the designation should be able to schedule sessions for other employees.

Task Description while creating a new task on the mobile app and web app to be not mandatory
Currently the task description while creating a EVV task on the webapp and the mobile app is a required field. The request would be to keep this as an optional field.

Timesheet creation page, removal of notes/comments and replace with associated forms

The ability to create an MT more than 3 months back
Not a priority. Currently a user only has the ability to create an MT 2 months in the past. We had a single case where a MT had to be created 3 months later and the user was not able to

A report to check if forms have been filled for all task's matched on the PA screen
A view from the PA screen to make sure all the different tasks matched have forms filled in or submitted

Notes column on PA screen
An admin would like to add notes regarding a certain row(Period) on the PA screen. The same note can then also move over to the claims dashboard when the claim has been filed.
