Does the Individual Currently attend a DDD funded provider managed day program Does the Individual currently reside in a DDD funded provider managed residential setting. These are the questions, once entered the first time, the SC's would like this information to be stored for the future

The contact date field calendar should not allow people to set the date for a date in the future on the MT documents. the calendar should be clickable only till the current date

Storing of the file on local machine. (The SC’s mentioned that they currently do not store any information on their local machine but use the company drive to store any documents) (The ask was regarding being able to decide where the MT is being stored other than just the downloads folder)

Punctuation via voice to text. (The SC mentioned on the current word docx file when the are using the voice to text, they can say comma and it adds a comma to the sentence)

The user would like to see which employee is working with a client on the caseload report so that when a MT is due she does not have to navigate to the customer record to see this information.

The download all option currently downloads all approved MT's, now if I have more MT's approved after, when the download all button is used, it downloads the previous MT's as well. This is the request from the SC For example, on Monday I complete 8 and they are approved and I download to upload to irecord. The following Monday I have 28 more completed and approved, and I download to upload it downloads the old 8 and 28 again. Some of our individuals have 60 plus people. As an agency, we want them uploading as they are approved. Is there any way to be able to select to download just the ones not previously downloaded? For example, a choice to download all or just download new since the last download?

Client would like to edit form title or form name

Copy an entire form which is already created on FieldWorker and edit certain fields to create a new form. Client would not want to create an entire form for one field being different from the previous

Customer's who attended the session, session name, session task type, session time spent and number of units being spent for that session. Have this report also for every customer, to have a consolidated list of different sessions attended in a day and the number of units used from the authorization. Also you would like to see the number of units left for a specific service based on the task type of that session. If possible have this integrated with the information being collected on the form.

In the Case Manager Report, to have the client list appear in alphabetical order to make it easier to find their names. And if possible, an option for the user to be able to search and select the client name instead of having to scroll and find the name in the list.
