As a SC agency, any notes added directly to a client record are not present in any report. If we could populate the employee notes report to display this information and enable it for SC agencies.

a user to be able to download a single pdf of all forms completed in a certain duration, based on client or employee.

When a form copy is printed, print the completed by(Employee name) on the pdf downloaded

A company would like to also know the date a MT was first submitted for review. We currently update the submission date when an MT has been rejected and resubmitted

The date present in section 15 of the monthly and quarterly MT should be the same as contact date in section 1

Allow to enter a note regarding the contact information

Do not allow a client to be deleted from a session they are marked present for.
