Addition to Prior Authorization Screen
A filter to put a range for task start date to end date If I am billing for 11/09/2025 to 11/15/2025 week, the user should be able to enter a range on the PA screen and it should pick up entries for clients with a PA in this range. The start date of the PA record could be 11/10/2025 and the end date 11/15/2025. Or the start date could be 11/09/2025 and the end date is 11/14/2025. These records should also be identified with this filter on the PA screen. A user would like to add columns to the PA screen The Task type column to identify the task mapped even if no task's have been matched. Currently on Prod, the task type is identified if a task is matched. Rate Column, The user would like to see the unit rate that would be used to create the claim on the prior authorization screen as a column. Project end date column of the associated project.

MT Contact Date
Mt Contact date to be a column on the customer screen as a support coordinator. Also add the same column to the SC Management screen

Support Coordination Billing
We currently create claims from the start of the month to the day of contact. The claims should be created with the dates mentioned in the PA file and not based on contact date. This could also be a configuration setting where the agency can decide whether they want the claim dates to be from start to contact date or based on the PA file.

Client Attendance Report
Currently the client attendance report can only be run based on a single client. The user would like this to be for all clients who had a session in the specified time period. The report should include Authorized units, units used and even units for a service for which the client has an authorization but services have not been performed.

Report of Medicaid Eligibility
Have a report which states eligibility of a client. The information is available in the active customer report but it would be helpful as an individual report

On FW MIS, an option to edit (add/remove) the below fields as well

On FieldWorker MIS, to add a dropdown list custom field
Currently, there is no option to add a dropdown list, where you can select from multiple options. The user has to use the Text field and type in that.

Claim amount on PA screen
Currently on the PA screen we see the authorized amount for authorized units. A user would like to see the amount for units used based on the rate. (This is only visible on the claims dashboard currently, once the claim has been filed)

Timesheet to have a option of setting it as billable or not
Currently only task's can be set as billable or not. A user would like the capability to mark timesheets as billable or not.

Refresh should bring the page back to where it was initially
When the user refreshes the screen on the home page, for eg:- Agenda , it comes back to the month view. The user would like this to be updating to the same page.
