ICD-10 Diagnosis/Diagnosis code, Transfer out date, Transfer out reason, Medicaid ID, Waiver program, Medicaid End Date, Agency Assign Date

Currently, there is no option to add a dropdown list, where you can select from multiple options. The user has to use the Text field and type in that.

Currently on the PA screen we see the authorized amount for authorized units. A user would like to see the amount for units used based on the rate. (This is only visible on the claims dashboard currently, once the claim has been filed)

Currently only task's can be set as billable or not. A user would like the capability to mark timesheets as billable or not.

Any custom fields/labels that are added to an agency account, to be a part of the Active Customer Report as well. Currently, the report only displays the default fields, even if new custom fields are added

When the user refreshes the screen on the home page, for eg:- Agenda , it comes back to the month view. The user would like this to be updating to the same page.

Allow an employee the capability to check in to another task for the day, even if the employee is checked in currently. The admin can later check the employee out of the previous task manually through the locate page. Validation to check that the task time set by the admin cannot overlap the second task which the employee checked into.

Every form has a task associated We use the PA screen to match task's with the weekly PA's Any form associated with a matched task should not be edited once that PA period or record has been billed for. We have different ways in which the form can be edited. Timesheet page. Client page->Forms

Currently a company cannot select whether they would like to collect time in duration or start time/end time

If I click on a session towards the bottom of the screen to edit it on the agenda page. The page in the back moves up to the start. Hence I need to scroll all the way to find the session I was editing. Attached screenshot, I am editing a session from 10:30 onwards but the page at the back has moved to 8am.
