Report For Day program- Starthrower
The user is trying to get a holistic view of all services that every client in their agency is approved for and for each of these authorized services what units have been authorized, used and what is left. The user would use this information to make sure they are maximizing their billing capability for the given period. The report should be for every clients in the company who has a Prior Authorization uploaded. The report should have the option to identify the period for which it is being run (could be weekly, for a single Day or any specific period) The report should have all the different authorizations that are present for the client, irrespective of whether these rows have corresponding task's matched or not. This helps them to move, over-utilized units for a certain service to be billed under another service that the client has been authorized for but units have not been utilized or maxed out. The report could include these columns Client Name End of active project for the client The rate of the service/unit for every authorized service row The task type that is being matched (Label of Task Type) Authorized Units Units Spent in the period Remaining units for the current period Remaining units for the whole plan. Amount (Rate into number of units used) with which the claim would be generated for that service authorization Prior Authorization number Procedure code with the modifier with which the claim would be created Task ID's under Tasks Matched column which contains associated task ID's with the forms to make sure notes have been entered The user also has a total at the end of column 9 which includes the amount for single claims which gives them a total of what would be billed for the period that they have entered

Support Coordination Billing
We currently create claims from the start of the month to the day of contact. The claims should be created with the dates mentioned in the PA file and not based on contact date. This could also be a configuration setting where the agency can decide whether they want the claim dates to be from start to contact date or based on the PA file.

Modify Attendance
Currently when a user tries to modify attendance they need to click on individual task types to check whether they have units or not. The user would like this to be a part of the drop down list when selecting from available task types

Client Attendance Report
Currently the client attendance report can only be run based on a single client. The user would like this to be for all clients who had a session in the specified time period. The report should include Authorized units, units used and even units for a service for which the client has an authorization but services have not been performed.

Report of Medicaid Eligibility
Have a report which states eligibility of a client. The information is available in the active customer report but it would be helpful as an individual report

On FW MIS, an option to edit (add/remove) the below fields as well
ICD-10 Diagnosis/Diagnosis code, Transfer out date, Transfer out reason, Medicaid ID, Waiver program, Medicaid End Date, Agency Assign Date

On FieldWorker MIS, to add a dropdown list custom field
Currently, there is no option to add a dropdown list, where you can select from multiple options. The user has to use the Text field and type in that.

Claim amount on PA screen
Currently on the PA screen we see the authorized amount for authorized units. A user would like to see the amount for units used based on the rate. (This is only visible on the claims dashboard currently, once the claim has been filed)

Timesheet to have a option of setting it as billable or not
Currently only task's can be set as billable or not. A user would like the capability to mark timesheets as billable or not.
