Task Description while creating a new task on the mobile app and web app to be not mandatory
Currently the task description while creating a EVV task on the webapp and the mobile app is a required field. The request would be to keep this as an optional field.

Timesheet creation page, removal of notes/comments and replace with associated forms
On the android and ios mobile app, for the timesheet creation page, the notes/comments section to be removed. Could be replaced with displaying the associated forms based on task type selected.
