The MT summary report has a list of monthly's being created. When there are 3 consecutives Monthly tools created, the admin should be notified somehow

Currently, the only pace where you have the fieldworker logo is the sign in page and when you open the side menu. Could we have the fieldworker logo on other pages of the mobile app as well? Like the timesheets, new task, home page, customers page, etc.
