We currently create claims from the start of the month to the day of contact.
The claims should be created with the dates mentioned in the PA file and not based on contact date.
This could also be a configuration setting where the agency can decide whether they want the claim dates to be from start to contact date or based on the PA file.

FieldWorker Support The current setup takes into consideration the MT contact date selected by the user and generates the claim from the start of the month to the MT contact date.
The expectation is that the claim is created with the same dates that are included in the PA file.
