A filter to put a range for task start date to end date

If I am billing for 11/09/2025 to 11/15/2025 week, the user should be able to enter a range on the PA screen and it should pick up entries for clients with a PA in this range. The start date of the PA record could be 11/10/2025 and the end date 11/15/2025. Or the start date could be 11/09/2025 and the end date is 11/14/2025. These records should also be identified with this filter on the PA screen.

A user would like to add columns to the PA screen

The Task type column to identify the task mapped even if no task's have been matched. Currently on Prod, the task type is identified if a task is matched.

Rate Column, The user would like to see the unit rate that would be used to create the claim on the prior authorization screen as a column.

Project end date column of the associated project.
