Have a report which states eligibility of a client. The information is available in the active customer report but it would be helpful as an individual report

Capture details(Timestamp) of the most recent DDD sync run for a company. This would be beneficial to support staff as well as users on the system.

A company would like to also know the date a MT was first submitted for review. We currently update the submission date when an MT has been rejected and resubmitted

Do not allow a client to be deleted from a session they are marked present for.

Have this column, currently present on customer and SC management screen, also present on the PA screen while submitting billing

for companies who bill when an MT is completed, they currently change the end date of the claim one at a time, if we could have a bulk change for this column it would benefit agencies

As a Manager designation, when you are following a self approval process a SCS would like to be able to approve all submitted MT's at once.

if Possible have a link to the support email on the FieldWorker system

A new company has mentioned that the employees would edit the follow up item text on the following months and make it more concise or add more information.
