FieldWorker Support Emmanuel Cancer Foundation requested this. employees need to be compensated for the visits they make for how many miles or if there were tolls along the way. This would affect their payroll.

FieldWorker Support The employee is paid based on these 3 factors

Hours Spent( Every employee has a compensation rate based on which they would be paid, eg $30 per hour, 2 hour visit becomes $60)

Mileage (Rate by the state multiplied by the number of miles)

Expense (Tolls and any other member/client expense that the employee has made. This is a dollar amount that is paid directly)

So the admin would have a combination of these 3 totals which would specific what is the amount that a employee is supposed to be paid for that service.

It is not required for every visit but if present they would like to collect this information while entering in the timesheet itself.
