Customer's who attended the session, session name, session task type, session time spent and number of units being spent for that session.

Have this report also for every customer, to have a consolidated list of different sessions attended in a day and the number of units used from the authorization. Also you would like to see the number of units left for a specific service based on the task type of that session.

If possible have this integrated with the information being collected on the form.
