Completion of forms associated with Timesheets

This is for a service provider company - A&S Support Services
The admin checks the timesheet page before billing to ensure that all timesheets or tasks entered by the employee has forms filled in, only then can the claim be submitted.
They don't currently use our PA process and hence cannot verify this on the prior auth screen.
The admin has to click on every single record on the timesheet summary page under a specific employee and then click on each of the form to check if data has been entered or not.
